Ergorack
Lightweight, Safe and Easy
Our main partner Prime Design has been the industry’s ergonomic leader since 1992, when they first introduced the concept of an ergonomic ladder rack.
Our design philosophy starts with the worker – how can we make the job safer, easier and more comfortable for the human body? That is because we firmly believe that a product’s design and how it impacts the user is every bit as important as the quality of materials and construction.
ErgoRack is designed to reduce muscle stress, eliminate risk of injury and speed the job of loading and unloading ladders from a work van.

Options
ErgoRack Rotation for ladders <35kg
The awarded ErgoRack Rotation brings the ladder down to the side of the vehicle in a horizontal position: suitable for ladders limited to 35 kg.
ErgoRack Rotation for high roof vehicles with slide
The ErgoRack for high roof vehicles is equipped with a supplementary slide to lower the ladder to the correct ergonomic height. The operator can easily (un)load the ladder standing firmly on the ground. This means lifting of heavy loads above the shoulders and climbing onto the roof are avoided. The potential risk of back injuries is strongly reduced.
ErgoRack Inclined for ladders
The awarded ErgoRack Inclined brings the ladder down to the side of the vehicle in an inclined position: suitable for ladders limited to 55 kg.
ErgoRack Inclined for high roof vehicles with slide
The ErgoRack for high roof vehicles is equipped with a supplementary slide to lower the ladder to the correct ergonomic height. The operator can easily (un)load the ladder standing firmly on the ground. This means lifting of heavy loads above the shoulders and climbing onto the roof are avoided. The potential risk of back injuries is strongly reduced.
S-Clamp on ErgoRack
S-Clamp is an option for easy and efficient transport of light step and extension ladders on low roof vehicles. It is mounted on the ErgoRack crossbar-system and can be used as stand-alone solution.
To loand and unload:
Lean the ladder against the front horn and lift it onto the rack. Turn the handle to swing the hook upward and clamp the ladder tight into place.
